Cancellations and refunds

• Paid plans are monthly subscriptions that renew every month until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time in the billing portal (account menu → Billing → Manage billing). The portal is run by our payment provider, Stripe.
• After you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the month you paid for. You are not charged again.
• Your saved work stays in your account on the free plan after a paid plan ends.

Refund policy: not decided yet. NEXTLEAP will set it here before paid plans are switched on.

While paid plans are switched off (pilot), nothing is charged, so there is nothing to refund.

Any rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country, including withdrawal rights, are not affected by this page.

If a renewal payment fails, Stripe may retry it and email you so you can update your card in the billing portal.
