Cookies

Last updated: 11 October 2026

Draft — under legal review. This text has not been approved by our lawyer yet and may change.

Short version

UNI-VE uses only cookies and browser storage that are strictly necessary for the service to work. There are no analytics, advertising or social media cookies, and no third-party scripts that set them. That is why there is no cookie banner.

What we set

  • Sign-in cookies (names starting with sb-): set by our sign-in provider Supabase when you sign in, so you stay signed in from page to page. They are removed when you sign out or when they expire.
  • Saved check (browser storage, not a cookie): if you press “Save” before signing in, your inputs are kept in your browser for up to one hour so they survive the sign-in step. They are removed as soon as your workspace opens them.

How we measure usage without cookies

We count how many people start and complete a check, sign up, save, finish a diagnostic, check out and download a PDF. These counts are recorded on our server as event names with a time (and your user id when you are signed in). No cookie, no device fingerprint and no IP address is used for this.

If this changes

If we ever add a tool that needs non-essential cookies or similar technology, we will ask for your consent before it runs and update this page first.
