Terms of use

Last updated: 10 October 2026

Who provides the service

UNI-VE is provided by NEXTLEAP, a company registered in the European Union (“we”, “us”). By using this website or the service, you agree to these terms.

Early version

UNI-VE is in an early version. Features, plans and prices may change. Questions and feedback: Not stated.

Using the service

  • Use the service only for lawful purposes and only with information you are allowed to share.
  • Do not try to break, overload or get around the security of the service.
  • Do not scrape or copy the service by automated means.
  • Keep access to your email account secure, because sign-in links are sent there.

Your content and results

You keep all rights to the information you enter. You allow us to store and process it only to provide the service to you. Results are computed from your inputs with the formulas shown, or from published sources that are linked and dated. You are responsible for the decisions you make with them. Please read the disclaimer.

Paid plans

When paid plans are switched on, payments are processed by Stripe. Plans and prices are shown before you pay. Subscriptions renew each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the billing section of your account, and the plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. While paid plans are switched off (pilot), the service is free. Any rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country, including withdrawal rights, are not affected.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available and accurate, but it is provided “as is”, without a promise that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for intent or gross negligence.

Ending use

You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend access if these terms are broken or to protect the service and its users.

Law and contact

These terms are governed by the law of the EU member state where NEXTLEAP is registered. If you are a consumer, you keep the mandatory protections of the country where you live. Questions: Not stated.
